Begin with a personalized discussion to understand your goals, property, and vision for the ADU. We’ll walk you through our pre-designed floor plans and elevations and discuss our process for your new ADU!

We assess your property to determine zoning, design feasibility, and project scope. This component of the process will ensure that your ADU is buildable on your lot within zoning regulations.

Our team manages the permit applications to ensure your project complies with local regulations.

Collaborate with us to choose from our pre-designed floor plans, exterior architectural elevations, and design design packages. All of our plans include 2 hours of complimentary custom design.

Watch your ADU come to life as our skilled team executes the construction phase efficiently.

We finalize inspections to ensure safety and quality, handing over a move-in ready ADU.

An Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) is a secondary housing unit built on the same property as a primary residence.

You can choose from our pre-designed packages or work with us to create a fully custom ADU tailored to your needs. All of our pre-design floor plans, elevations, and design packages include 2 hours of customization - anything outside of those 2 hours will be charged on an hourly basis.

Our package price covers design, permitting, construction, design package finishes, appliances and final inspections.

Yes, you can personalize the layout, finishes, and features to match your style and needs. Our packages include 2 hours of customization. If you’d like to create a full custom product, we will work with you to do that as well!

Absolutely! We offer options to include a garage as part of your ADU project. Garage ADUs are entirely dependent on your lot allowance and will require additional customization to ensure we can build your dream garage ADU per city regulations.

Permit Process: 3-5 months
Build Process: The clock starts ticking once we have permits in hand and we begin site work on your property. From start to finish, our goal is 12-14 weeks.

There are several factors that can add time to a project. Weather, semi custom selections/modifications/additions, municipality permitting, inspections and/or city requirements and delays, to name a few.

Every city and jurisdiction has different zoning regulations.
City of Atlanta: ADUs are permitted in R-4, R-4A, and R-5 residential zones.
Unincorporated Dekalb: ADUs are allowed in all residential ("R") zones.
Decatur: ADUs are permitted in R-85, R-60, R-50, RM-18, RM-22, and RM-43 zones

Once we meet with you to complete an initial feasibility study, we’ll send you all information to obtain a survey on your property.

Tree removal, retaining walls, driveways, sewer taps, sewage pumps, water meters, sewer & water service over 100 lineal feet, extensive grading, demolition of any structure, addition of garages, and anything over 2 hours of included customization.
